Final visa decisions rest solely with the respective embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities. Fees charged are for professional consultancy services rendered, not for visa approval outcomes.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the website located at outlookeduservices.com ("Website") or any services offered by Outlook Edu Services ("OES," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Website and Services. Your continued use of the Website or Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Outlook Edu Services, enforceable under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and applicable laws of India.

OES provides advisory and consultancy services only. We are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate. We do not guarantee, promise, or warrant the approval of any visa application. Visa decisions are made solely by the concerned immigration authorities of the respective countries. Our fees are charged for the professional services rendered, irrespective of the outcome of any visa application.

User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a User of our Services, you agree to:

Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all forms, applications, and communications with OES.

Not submit any forged, falsified, or fraudulent documents. OES shall not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from the submission of false or misleading information by you.

Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of India, the destination country, and any transit countries.
- •
Not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Website.
- •
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify OES of any unauthorised access or breach.

Booking & Payment Terms
Consultation Bookings: You may book consultations through our Website or by contacting us directly. Booking a consultation constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any additional terms disclosed at the time of booking.
Fees: All fees for our services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Fees are for professional consultancy services rendered and are not contingent upon the outcome of any visa application.
Payment: Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be communicated at the time of engagement. All payments are due as per the agreed schedule.
Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by our refund policy as communicated at the time of engagement. Service fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable. Any refund shall be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled consultation by providing reasonable prior notice. Cancellation policies and any associated charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
Section 8
Intellectual Property Rights
All Content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and software — is the exclusive property of Outlook Edu Services or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), Trademarks Act, 1999 (India), and applicable international intellectual property laws.
You may not, without our prior written consent:

Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

OES, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

OES shall not be liable for any damages arising from visa refusal, delay in visa processing, change in immigration policies, or actions of embassies, consulates, or government authorities.

OES shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your failure to provide accurate information, submission of forged documents, or non-compliance with immigration requirements.
Liability Cap:In no event shall OES's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to OES in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability, or INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand), whichever is higher.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Outlook Edu Services, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Analytics & Tracking Disclosure

Termination
By OES: We may terminate or suspend your access to our Website and Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website and Services will immediately cease.
By You: You may terminate your relationship with OES by ceasing to use our Website and Services and, if applicable, by deleting your account. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment of fees for services already rendered.
Survival: Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination, shall survive the termination of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
For Users located in the United Kingdom, this clause shall not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights available under UK law. For Users located in the United States, this clause shall not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable state law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Section 18
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution (Mandatory First Step): Before filing any formal dispute or legal proceeding, you agree to first contact OES at contact@outlookeduservices.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.
Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Hyderabad, India, before initiating any court proceedings.
Litigation: If mediation fails, any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and other applicable laws.
This dispute resolution clause is governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India) where applicable.
Section 19
Force Majeure
OES shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or acts of God

War, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, or armed conflict
- •
Government sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions
- •
Changes in immigration laws, visa policies, or government regulations

Closure or delays by embassies, consulates, or government offices
- •
Internet or telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks
- •
Strikes, lockouts, or labour disputes
- •
Power failures or equipment malfunctions
Section 20
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, valid, and legal, while preserving its original intent. If modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies referenced herein or communicated at the time of engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Outlook Edu Services regarding the use of our Website and Services.

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
